| Our beautiful,
full-sized clubhouse is a perfect front to our amenity
package. With a fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, ceiling
fan, spotlights, bathrooms, and a separate office-like room for
additional use, the clubhouse is a great spot for birthday parties
and other gatherings for residents to use.
Each household has the opportunity to use the clubhouse up to four times per year (or once a quarter) at no charge. There is a $150 damage deposit and a $25 cleaning deposit collected before usage. Both deposits are returned upon inspection of the clubhouse after usage. There are specific guidelines which determine the conditions under which the deposits are returned. Neighborhood contact:
