Our online community group is a Yahoo Group, a non-cost way to manage a web area open to the community.  Our Yahoo Group also provides an online chat area.  You must join the group to participate.  (Membership to the group requires a free Yahoo ID ... see details on the Yahoo Groups site by clicking "Join This Group".)
